Using a light but firm touch, roll across cheeks toward your ears, and gently glide under the eyes, across your eyebrows and from your forehead up to your hairline. Roll from your jawline down your neck. Repeat 3 to 5 times for each area. Do this treatment at least a few times a week, preferably in the morning, for best results. Some people like to keep their roller in the fridge in between treatments.
Facial rolling is best done after both cleansing the face and applying a moisturizer or facial oil, as the facial massage not only gives your skin a ‘workout,’ but also helps products’ nutrients absorb better into skin.
