It is said to rejuvenate the spirit, increase one’s energy and provide an overall feeling of well being.
How to Burn: How to Burn: To burn the dried resin use a small charcoal disk. Light the charcoal outside on a fire-proof dish and when it finishes smoking and sparking it should simply glow. Place 1 to 3 small pieces of resin on the charcoal and it will start to burn immediately. You can also place a little bit of light vegetable or sunflower oil in an essential oil burner (a traditional one, not an electric misting one), add resin and embrace the natural scent!
